On our arrival at Prague airport we were met by your driver and were given excellent advice and tips. The same driver collected us from The Tulip Hotel, (a lovely hotel, clean and very comfortable - a good choice) as arranged and dropped us off at the airport in plenty of time, however, unfortunately, our flight should have left at 21.55 we eventually left Prague airport at 04.00am!! We take home with us good memories of your beautiful city. Thank you again. |

Great service. Would recommend. Wonderful having a driver at airport who is prepared to wait when plane delayed. Good hotel. Great breakfast. Little disappointed that gym not in price or at least that that was not clear. Enjoyed city. Driver very helpful but perhaps we should have been picked up half an hour later. Overall great trip. |

The airport collection service was excellent, the driver friendly, helpful and informative, top marks.
The hotel was clean and pretty much what we expected, again it was the staff that made the difference, all were keen to help and courteous.
Great stay in a wonderful city made better by the majority of the Czech people we met.

Our overall impression of the hotel was that it was value for money. The room was spacious even with four adults sharing and was clean and tidy. The only slight problem was the selection of food at breakfast but we did appreciate that this is what you generally get on the continent in every hotel. The only other improvement I would suggest if it was possible would be to have some Satellite TV but then again you don't go on holiday to watch TV.
I have been very pleased with your service from the minute of booking the holiday with regards to when I altered the booking and also the transfers to and from the hotel. Transfers were very punctual and the driver gave us some very useful information and tips on arrival.
When we return to Prague I would not hesitate to use your company again and would definitely be recommending you to friends.

I must thank you for a really great trip. The hotel was excellent. We could not fault the service - it was indeed excellent. The room was very clean, warm and well furnished and equipped and breakfast was also very good. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent and I would definitely recommend it to anybody I know visiting Prague
Your organisation was 1st class, from the booking, to the pick up at the airport and to the pick up at the hotel for the return trip to the airport, everything went so smoothly. I had an excellent stay and the service was fantastic. The taxi picked us up on time and dropped us at the door, and was bang on time to pick us up to take us back. He was also very helpful and friendly, offering advice on where to eat, etc.
The hotel was excellent, although the pool and gym, which was advertised with the hotel we had to pay for and was expensive! That is the only grumble though, we loved Prague and the hotel was in an excellent location and very comfortable.
I booked through you for my parents also a few weeks ago, they too had excellent service from you and the hotel and loved Prague.
